Branding Services

We operate in-house design, print & embroidery facilities which means we control this process end-to-end.

Let your people be your company’s biggest advocates by having us supply your work wear and uniforms complete with your logo(s). We offer multiple branding and embellishment options:

Screen Print

We specialise in producing high-quality, bespoke, screen printed garments. Screen printing produces excellent quality, long-lasting results & value for money for larger orders. Typically, screen printing is best suited for jobs no smaller than 20 units – all the way up to very large bulk orders.

Usually, screen printing is best suited to artwork with 1-8 distinct colours, however photographs or full colour prints with gradients can be printed with a higher number of screens. A different screen is required for each colour in the artwork, so the fewer colours, the less the print will cost. When screen printing onto coloured & dark garments a base layer is required to ensure the print is vibrant on the finished garment.

The screen setup costs are spread across the number of garments ordered, so screen printing is best for bulk orders as the more garments you order, the cheaper cost per unit becomes.

Embroidery

Embroidery is incredibly versatile and creates a high quality, premium finished product. It is very well suited to workwear and corporate uniforms that see a high amount of wear, day-in, day-out. Typically, embroidery will stand up to the effects of washing and commercial laundering better than any form of printing. Embroidered logos will often outlive the lifespan of the garments themselves.

We have multiple state of the art embroidery machines which feature the latest technology to enable us to create designs on a huge range of products. Your logo is digitised into a format that can be loaded into our embroidery machines. The digitising process is an art as much as a science and can be the difference between a quality result or not. Once your logo has been digitised, it can be used as many times as you like on repeat orders.

The cost of embroidery, whether on embroidered workwear, corporate clothing, embroidered polo shirts or custom embroidered caps, is based on the number of stitches in the artwork; the higher the stitch count, the more expensive the embroidery will be.
