COVID-19 Delays

As New Zealand has entered Level 2 the couriers are seeing a significant increase in parcel volumes. While the majority of parcels are being delivered within 3 days, some parcel deliveries are delayed by up to 5 days. Deliveries into the Waikato region may be delayed by up to 10 days, and Auckland by up to 2 weeks.

We understand your package is important and often it is gear that is required to carry out your job. We're doing everything we can to stay on top of tracking orders throughout this uncertain time.
